With over 42 years of invaluable experience, he plays a vital role in sourcing rough diamonds from international markets and possesses deep expertise in the quality standards and systems that define diamond manufacturing in India. Having also served as the Manufacturing Director, Mr. Gabani has overseen every stage of production — from rough to polished — ensuring flawless execution and unmatched precision. He has been instrumental in supplying all the rough diamonds to Happy Gems, maintaining seamless operations and upholding the company’s reputation for excellence and trust.
BABUBHAI GABANI
Joining the diamond industry at the age of 20, Mr. Babubhai Gabani now serves as the Global Director of Sales at Happy Gems, where he leads the company’s marketing strategies, international sales, and global distribution of loose diamonds. He is credited with building and expanding Happy Gems’ worldwide network, restructuring operations to enhance client service, and introducing impactful employee welfare initiatives. With a deep understanding of international markets and evolving consumer trends, Mr. Gabani has successfully established a strong presence across key regions, including the Middle East, Southeast Asia, the United States, and Europe. Under his dynamic leadership, the sales department has evolved into a highly efficient, globally connected team managing operations across all major business countries. Through his strategic vision and sharp marketing acumen, Mr. Babubhai Gabani has played a pivotal role in positioning Happy Gems as a trusted and respected leader in the global diamond industry.
BHUPATBHAI GABANI
Mr. Bhupatbhai Gabani, a self-made entrepreneur, began his remarkable journey in the diamond industry at the young age of 17. Through years of hands-on experience across every department — from rough assortment to sales — he developed a deep and comprehensive understanding of the trade.
