  • We are committed to offering authentic, certified, and ethically sourced products while delivering a premium experience to our customers.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from our website.
  • Wholesale customers must provide valid business credentials (such as GST number, trade license, or reseller ID).
  • Retail customers must provide valid details (such as phone number, proper and correct address, email).

Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for fraudulent purposes.
  • All content on the website—including product images, descriptions, and designs—belongs to Happy Gems and cannot be copied or used without permission.

Products & Descriptions

  • We take great care to display our products accurately, including details such as weight, size, clarity, and certification.
  • Slight variations may occur due to photography, lighting, or natural characteristics of diamonds and gemstones.
  • Certifications (GIA, IGI, HRD, or equivalent) are provided wherever applicable.

Orders & Confirmation

  • Orders placed on our website or through direct contact are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • Confirmation of an order is issued only after receipt of payment or advance (as applicable).
  • Custom or personalized orders require a non-refundable advance.

Pricing & Payments

  • Retail purchases require 100% upfront payment at checkout.
  • Wholesale purchases may be subject to mutually agreed payment terms.

  • The gold price will be counted on the day at which the payment or the advance is done.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times vary depending on product availability and location.
  • Once shipped, risk and ownership of the product pass to the customer.
  • We use trusted logistics partners, and shipments are insured wherever applicable.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or regulations in their country will be applicable as discussed between Happy Gems and the customer.

Returns & Refunds

  • Retail Customers:
  • Returns are not accepted unless agreed upon in advance or unless the product is different or damaged.
  • Custom-made, engraved, and personalized jewellery are non-returnable.
  • Wholesale Customers:
  • Returns and refunds are generally not accepted, unless agreed upon in advance.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only after quality inspection and approval.

Warranties & Authenticity

  • All diamonds and jewellery sold by Happy Gems are authentic and ethically sourced.
  • Products may carry certification from reputed gemological institutes.
  • Jewellery may come with a limited warranty against manufacturing defects for 6 months.
  • Warranty does not cover wear and tear, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs.

Wholesale Terms

  • Wholesale customers must maintain strict confidentiality regarding pricing, sourcing, and terms of trade.
  • Any breach of confidentiality may result in termination of business relationships.
  • Bulk or custom orders require advance payment and longer lead times.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content displayed on this website are the property of Happy Gems .
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • Happy Gems shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
  • Our liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total purchase amount of the product in question.

Compliance & Ethics

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local regulations when reselling or exporting our products.

Force Majeure

  • Happy Gems is not liable for any delays or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

Termination of Business Relationship

  • Happy Gems reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealings with any customer who violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or fails to make timely payments.

Amendments

  • Happy Gems reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.

Bank Transfers

  • Bank transfers must be made only to the official Happy Gems bank account provided at the time of transaction.
  • Customers are responsible for entering correct account details when initiating transfers. We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect transfers made to unintended accounts.
  • Orders are considered confirmed only after the transferred amount reflects in our account. Bank transfer charges, if any, must be borne by the customer.
  • For international transfers, the customer must ensure compliance with applicable forex regulations and bear all intermediary bank fees.

Insurance

  • All shipments dispatched by Happy Gems are covered under standard insurance policies unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Insurance coverage is valid only until delivery at the customer’s provided address. Once delivered and acknowledged, the responsibility shifts to the customer.
  • Customers may request additional or extended insurance at their own cost.
  • Happy Gems is not liable for claims that fall outside the scope of insurance coverage, including but not limited to natural wear, negligence, or post-delivery incidents.
